UNIFORM

Type C *This is the required uniform during CAT period”

 CAT Shirt (Plain white round-neck shirt as of now)

 Blue Maong Pants

 Rubber Shoes (any color)

 Black garrison belt with silver buckle

 Hairnet (girls only)

 Tickler & 3 pens (black, blue red)

 Plain White handkerchief

 Format: Surname, Initials (including middle initial). All Caps

Ex. Juan P. Dela Cruz

Any length as long as your surname and initials fit

 Background: Black ; Font Color: White

 Can be made out of illustration board, liquid paper and pin

o Protect it by covering it with plastic

 Or have it made in Quiapo, Recto, Camp Crame or Cubao

Tickler

 Color of the cover:

Plain Blue: Cadets

Plain Red: Medics

Plain Green: Military Police (MPs)

 Tickler is like a memo pad

 Tickler should have one hundred leaves and the metal spring should be replaced with a yarn of any color.

 Tickler Format

1. Notepad; 100 pages/leaves (any brand)

2. Pages should be numbered 1-100 at the lower-right of the page using red ink. Encircle the page number.

3. Cover it with plastic cover.

Reminders:

1. Fold the page halfway every mistake you make in the tickler

2. The tickler should always be neat, clean and well maintained

3. The tickler is part of the uniform so you must always have it during CAT. Failure to do so will give you 1 demerit.

4. Make sure all merits and demerits given are signed by the officers who gave it.

5. Submit your ticklers during every last meeting of the quarter for recording and verification.

6. 1 demerit is equal to a deduction of 3 merits

Other Reminders:

 2x3 haircut for the guys will be strictly implemented

 Having beard and mustache is not allowed

 Long fingernails and nail polish is not allowed during CAT period

 Vandalism on the body (pen marks on the arms or hand) is not allowed

 Remove all jewelleries during CAT period (only scapulars will be allowed)

 Fit shirts are not allowed

 Girls are required to wear a sando

 Hairnet for girls should cover the whole hair, not only the bun.

 Bring your tickler and three ball pen of the same brand (black, blue and red) every CAT period

 Straight cut, maong pants is encouraged.

 The shirt is always tucked in properly.

 Nameplate is pinned on the left side part of the shirt

 Incomplete Uniform will earn a demerit

Grading System

30% Attendance

30% Aptitude (Merits and Demerits)

*Merit= +1%, Demerit= -3%

40% Sub Prof (Tests, Practical Exams, etc.)

= 100%
